Processing
All our orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Excluding Holidays.
Shipping
Currently we use priority shipping. With priority shipping your package will arrive in 2-3 days once shipped and if your order comes damaged or just never shows up its insured.
You will receive your shipping confirmation as soon as the label is created for your order, Tracking status may take up to 24-72 hours to update.
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. Once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes. Once your order has been shipped, tracking is out of our control. Final delivery is out of our hands, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
International orders
Currently we only ship to the USA and Canada. Canada orders take longer and shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your products. If your unsatisfied with our products, please contact [email protected]. So we can better assist you please include your order number followed by your request in the subject line.
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase.
If your order arrived damaged, or are experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a description in your email.
Refunds are processed for unused, undamaged products only. You must send item back in its original packaging and ensure it is carefully packed, as we are unable to process returns on broken items.
Refunds are applied to retuned products only and do not cover shipping fees. As a small business, we currently are unable to pay for return shipping. Once we receive your return and submit it, you should receive you return on the original payment method within 3-10 business days.
Local returns are the same, but you must drive.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or sale items, including products purchased during a promotion, gift cards, or third party products.
